I missed dronis20 for one day. Is there any reason to worry? And what's the reason behind periods twice a month?

Maybe infection, hormones imbalance or hypothyroidism.Get done ultrasonography to know the pathology of uterus.Also get done TSH and serum prolactin level to rule out the hypothyroidism and hyperprolactenemia.With reports meet to gynaecologist.
