My close acquaintance is looking for help. His penis's outer layer is not stretching enough and pains sometime. It tears out when it's erected, and then it itches constantly for 2-3 days , again after recovering in 2 days same thing repeats. He tried clean and dry cream/ coconut oil on it but that gave him temporary relief. Any other remedies would you recommend?
