Problem with Right Eyelid

My father is having problems viewing with his right eye..His right eye is not opening in full due to dull eyelids..We want to know what kind of treatment he require?? Is it releted to Oculoplasty as of our doctors said.. Please suggest remedy and names of qualified professionals who can deal with this kind of problems..We are residing in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Your father is having senile ptosis ,you may get some amount relief only with surgery ,Ahmadabad is very good centre for Opthalmology ,please consult local Opthalmologist ,he Will guide where you will get  best surgery or advice.
