Actually my penis is small and top of my penis is not according to my age as i have not any glans of adult age .what should i do.can i will be fine or not

Nothing to worry. Glans is the distal soft part of penis. It does not become hard during erection. Size is not important for good performance. It's normal. U concentrate in ur studies.
