Persistent problem with weight loss.
For last 2 months, have been trying to follow a balanced nutrition plan with daily calorie intake below TDEE levels, as well as high intensity exercise for approximately 90 minutes daily.
Have also joined a gym recently to include cardio and weight training. Weight seems to be barely varying by 100-200gms over last 2 months, with no change in body measurements.
Current weight is 82kg, height is 5 feet
Have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia last year.
Please suggest further steps/advice to proceed with weight loss journey, if any tests need to be performed to rule out medical conditions that might be impeding weight loss efforts.
