Our baby boy is 20 days old and passes motion continuously. On suggestion we started putting him in squat position by folding his legs upto his stomach...But is it really safe?

Newborn babies pass stools 15-20 times/ day. This is normal and as he grows older in next few days he will pass stools once in 6-8 days, this too is normal
Next Steps
If baby is active and feeding well, do not disturb the baby
