Problem wearing spectacles

Hello Doctor. Since I was told I have Cyl power in both my eyes of -0.75 axis 15 on the right & axis 180 on the left, after wearing the spectacle my eyes hurt & I get a headache & as soon as I remove the glasses my eyes feel better. Will my number increase if I don’t use them? Pls advice me on this?
