Problem related with vaginal infection

Hello doctors i am having the problem with vaginal infection i have used IUD in December 2017 after 4 months of my normal delivery.since then i bleed every month with heavy flow but now i am suffering with brown vaginal curd like discharge with severe itching and irritatation.please advise me some treatment and meds.
