Dr. Asked for usg for early pregnancy in which on 13th no gestational sac seen..uterus shows endometrial thickness o 19mm nd split of 3mm.right ovary shows crumpled follicle of 17mm.left ovary normal. No tenderness nd no periadnexal fluid.suggested for repeat sonography today I.e.17th Oct. Today usg report says.Irregular nd crumpled gestational sac.9.4mm echogenic  abnormality in gestational sac likely to be due to intra gestational sac haemorrhage or subchronic hematoma.no fetal pole or yolk sac seen. Medicines taking duphastron 10mg,folvite,ecosprin 150 mg. All of sudden sugar level has increased to 166. Please suggest can I consider terminated pregnancy or is there any hopes. Till now no external bleeding.
