Red rashes on her face could be allergy due to some cloths or powder or anything that comes in contact with her face. Most of the time it will vanish on its own, once you change things that are in contact with baby. Secondly, passing stools after every feed is normal. Morever baby pass stool with gas, as they dont have sphincter control like adult. Lastly, Gases can be issues, in newborn. Make sure you hold your baby in upright position after every feed for atleast 15 mins and pat her back. Additionaly you can put her on Digestive enzymes, which can be of great help.
