Hello Dr., my wife done pregnancy test and it's positive but we r not ready for baby currently, want to abort, will abortion pill create pregnancy problem in future? and what will be the better option to abortion.... please suggest thank you.

This is your first child.Donot go for abortion because sometimes after that in conceiving is very much difficult due to infection or some other problem.Get done ultrasonography to know the exact weeks of pregnancy and meet to gynaecologist and decide.
