Problem on foot

From a few days my father is feeling some kind of pain and twinging in his foot... He feels no sense or mild sense on touching or pressing his feet. It may occur due to the lack of blood circulation so I want some suggestions from specialists from doctors

This is not due to circulation issues, but becoz of neuropathy… he needs to be evaluated for neuropathy and treated accordingly
