Hi, When I started foreplay with my wife at that time everything is good but when I start intercourse at that time hardness of my penis gone. Now a days it's happening almost everytime Please suggest me what should I do

If not over weight & ur knees are perfct than squats  / sit ups 10-15 reps × 2 sets. If non diabetic try pineapple juice with out salt n sugar
