I had my delivery 5 weeks ago and now feel constipated for 2 days my poop is thick and whenever I poop I bleed a little I m afraid why this is happening pls tell me some remedy to cure this and also if I need to see a doctor for this

Drink 12-14 glasses of water per day.. Eat high fibre diet.. You can have some stool softener for initial3-4 days..
