Actually I recently diagnosed with a problem of astigmatism in my left eye with the no of 3.25 !! Please advise me how can I treat it without wearing specs !!

Hello There is no natural method to get rid of glasses There are three options A. Glasses B. Contact lens C. Refractive surgery like LASIK
