Problem in Swelling of Leg

I had an infection on my left leg couple of years back and now again i have started the same problem whenever i wear tight socks or something my left leg gets sollen which actually doesn't pain but the left feet seems to be much fatter than my right leg,i am afraid this should not be the elephamt toe problem some people are facing,i stay in Mumbai @ Grant Road please suggest which doctor will be the one to help me cure.
