My 2yrs son is having problem in stool from last 1week he is having hard stool that too alternative days n some itching in genitals also.So please suggest some remedy n medicine.

Probably you need to deworm your child if it’s not done in last 6 months. Secondly increase fibre rich diet. Decrease milk intake also stop giving bread, biscuits & toast. 15 minutes After morning breakfast make him sit on potty seat for 5 minutes daily.
