From past few days, I've been feeling something strange about my testicles. Althought there is no pain but I feel my right testicle has became slightly bigger than the left one and sometimes it changes its shape making the testicles look uneven. The right part is sometimes a bit pointing outside and I'm feeling a little worried. I am not able to confirm if there is some sort of lump or not. What should I do? Once again there is no pain.
