Dear Doctor past few days I am facing much trouble with my penis. It gets a burning sensation after masturbation.(previously it didn't). A white layer quite smelly, gets deposit under the foreskin. Even when it is erect it pains when touched. It reduced my sex timing then before. A black spot probably an underlying infection can be spotted at the tip of the penis. Even the tip too hurts when touched. Pls help me.
