My daughter is 3.5 months old, she is facing some problem in her right ear, may be something choak her ear, kindly help me out

Is the baby constantly touching the ear. And crying. If the child has cold some time it does go to the ear. Keep in mid during feeding bottle or breast feed keep the child in slightly upright position. As it does bock the ear. Advice: show to ur paediatric doctor and ENT.
