Problem in learning capacity

My daughter is having less attention to others. She is yet to speak. I feel she is having less concentration and having learning disability. OTO ACOUSTIC EMISSION test is normal and EEG and BERA neurology tests are also normal. She play with herself and not mingling with others. Is she requires occupational therapy? Or any other way to improve her learning capacity? Kindly let me know please

It is a case of ADHD with Autism.she needs the help of Speech Therapist, behavioral therapist, developmental pediatrician and occupational therapist. Start therapy immediately.the progress will be very slow but she will grow. Stop giving white food in her diet.
