Recently I had my second baby. When I had my first baby I was not got milk in my brest so I was unable to feed my baby but now I had milk in my breast.when I feed my baby I feel pain in my entire breast and nipple and it last 45 min I had baby on 03/04/2021 I feels pain since 1 month is this natural aur what
