Hi there Firstly was his semen analysis done after 3days of no intercourse or masturbation ? As it helps in giving accurate report. Is he a smoker ? He can meet an andrologist/ surgeon to get himself checked . He can take tab Fertisure m one tabelt continuously for 3 months and repeat semen analysis .
