Sometimes I feel a pricking sensation deep in the right breast. No lumps nothing. During that sensation, I feel like pressing my breast to get some relief from irritation. The irritation is very small yet sometimes I cannot ignore it. What it may be?

Hello........ Is it cyclical breast pain or non cyclical breast pain..  If it's cyclicalll breast pain it involves harmonal  variation..  Otherwise it could  be due to congestion,  or some other pathology..  Consult gynaecologist in nearest hospital..  Examination is required to diagnose..
