For gaining weight,don't take unrecommended food supplements,that may effect ur health badly, don't take outside pestry, deep fried items from out side to gain weight. U have to waight & patiently u have to take ample amount of good fat,comes from fish oil, vegiterian oil( First time fried) , Walnut, almonds etc.. take yellow fruits in ample amount with green leafy vegetables in ur regular diet.
