Don't sit for longer than 20 minutes at a time (get up and move at intervals).Same for staring into a computer screen.Have good light for reading or writing.Drink water while studying,blink eyes frequently
Get exercise at least a little each day.Get your eyes checked (big contributor to headaches while studying is undiagnosed eye problems).
