Interruption in salivary gland.. something like a small stone like thing under the tongue.. causes bad odour in mouth and swelling on right side of face immidiately below the jawline

As you have felt, it should be exactly that! A stone in the submandibular gland duct. Earlier a gland excision used to be performed for this. However now a days we are successfully removing all stones from the duct using Sialendoscopy. This is a procedure by which a mini endoscope is used to remove stones using baskets.
