Hi there...you should never clean your genitals areas, that is penis, scrotum, groin with dettol. Because skin over there is very sensitive. And antiseptics like dettol can cause irritant contact dermatitis. Kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment. If there's any sign of inflammation they might start you on mild topical steroid like hydrocortisone or desonide. If you have itching you can take levicetrizine 5mg in the night after food. Use only lukewarm water with little salt in it to wash the genitals.
