Hi first I had itching around my anal area and I didn't go to any doctor I used to apply dettol n leave it ll go for a while n again after two days it comes back. Now my I have itching in my penis inside some white residues are also seen please help

Hello.....itching could be due to fungal infection... Maintain private parts dry and clean ..bath daily, don't sleep with soaked underwater ,use antifungal dusting powder .. You can apply ointment also .. Apply it in night wash in morning .. If all these doesn't work you may need to take tablets ,consult dermatologist.......
