Primrose vegetarian oil

I was feeling pain in my both breast from last month after COVID. Gone for checkup and my all test are normal. Breast ultrasound is normal. Prolactin is also normal. My gynaecologist recommended me primrose oil capsules for 3 month. But most of the primrose capsules are non vegetarian and I am looking for vegetarian. Many options are available of different brands but don't know which one is good. Kindly pls suggest me any good vegetarian primrose oil capsules. Thanks
