We consulted dr soin on 19july 16 when I got diagnosed with psc. All the recommended tests were conducted including colonoscopy which says no repeat no ulcerative colitis. Ca19.9 also negative. Presently taking udiliv 300, shelcal and d rise2000. For last 40 days severe fatigue and itching all over the body is felt. Earlier I was taking Adenomac or nusam 400 but since July as per doctor's instructions stopped taking. I had been told for a 6 month review. Can I take adenomac or nusam 400? I m in doubt whether liver biopsy is required or not?

Dr Soin is one of the best liver transplant surgeon in our country. Adenomac / nusam won't help you.  Liver biopsy should be decided by transplant surgeon who is attending you.  It is better to follow Dr Soin's advice.
