Prevention of fetel CHB

My wife aged 23y have auto antibodies SSA strong positive 3+ and SSB borderline positive and also have RO52 strong positive 3+ actually she have lost her first pegnency in november 2015 because CHB complete (congential hear block) find on feutus by tiffa scan @19 weeks and fetel hydrops bradycardia heart beat around 80 to 90 So terminated. She conceived now and carrying the pregency 7 weeks (12-7-2016) obstrecian palnned the treatmnet as... aspirin 75mg daily once enoxaprin 20mg injection daily projestoron 200mg tab daily once dailyfol daily once also planned to start flourinated steroids form 12th weeks onwards and intravenous imunoglobulin from 16th week onwards. her blood group O postive my blood group is B negative really we have worrying what happens in future and that treatment is enough? any additional care have to take please suggest me. If she's on heparin and ecospri And consulting  a high risk pregnancy expert With regular scan for fetal growth Outcome will be good Don't worry
