My wife is 34 week 1 day pregnant Doctor is asking to deliver immediately using lscs as her bp is high. Is it safe to deliver at this gestational age.

The baby will need nicu care If bp is too high then not delivering has its own risks The mother may throw a fit n the baby will be adversely affected

If he bp is high with de ranged lab parameters and not getting controlled, it's better to deliver her at this stage
