Sir, Iam suffering from heaviness and pressure in head ie., between skull and duramater of brain some air type space pressure is there. Lot of heavyness in head since 1 month. When Iam lying down pressure is increasing sir, I have problem of my spine, I can't sleep on hard substances, nerves are pulling on scalp and my heart. Iam unable to go mri because of these problems sir. Please help me how to overcome this problem sir. Sometimes concussion coming because of these problems sir.

Looks like tension type headache. Consult a Neurologist for physical examination. Try tab tryptomer 10 mg bedtime for 3 weeks.
