We are planning for a baby now and my doctor suggested to take L-QRA 9 tablets (Methyltetrahydrafolic Glucosmine salt) pyridoxal-5-phosphate & cyanocobalamin tablets 30 days in advance of planning a baby. Can we already start trying or wait for 30 days?
