I am trying to figure out what prenatal vitamins to purchase. Is it okay to use the kinds that are at target or Walmart? I found some vitamins by nature's bounty. Would they be okay to use or should I use a different kind?

Hi. I believe you are asking from USA/Australia and I am a doctor from India. There are so many brands of multivitamin tablets that it is difficult for me to tell which one to buy as composition varies among brands. It is unwise to buy randomly as all vitamins and minerals need to be taken in correct proportion.
