Hello, This is my first pregnancy and i barely found out i am pregnant. Early stage, around 2 weeks. My question is which prenatal vitamins are the best to take ?

When did you have last menstrual period.Count from that day and find out how many weeks you are having.Get done ultrasonography and TSH level.With reports contact to gynaecologist or me through practo online.We will prescribe medications.
