Can we reverse premature gray hairs back to its original color Is thr any treatment or medicines for it I hav gt bulk of grey hairs only in front and no were else So please help

You seem to have white forelock which is genetically acquired.  Get one evaluation done by dermatologist to rule out any other conditions like canities .
