I'm 21 year old and I've been masturbating for a long time like(5 years),and i think this causes me premature ejaculation problem because i recently have sex with my G.f and i ejaculated in just 3-5 minutes what should i do now to cure this problem and i'm worried because of this please help me i'm ready to quit my masturbation habit for sure.
