I have premature ejaculation problem what would be the best way to solve it. is there some natural treatment for the problem

You can solve the problem if you understand it. If it is primary mean since you remember, it is difficult. But secondary, urologist may help to explore causes and remove them. SSRI, Local anaesthetic spray or jelly are few thing to help.
