Premature ejaculations
Hi Doctor,
I am suffering from premature ejaculation since very long time. I tend to get discharge within 30-45 sec making my sex life very frustrating. I am married since 3 years.
We are planning for our child also and we have done all the medical check up also . My sperm count was also in the positive range & my wife also did not diagnosed with any problem but still she is not able to conceive.
Is my premature ejaculation is the cause for it. I want to get rid of this.

Duralast 30mg one hour before sex whenever required, not more than one tablet a day. If still the problem is persistent, then you may have to consult a Urologist nearby
