This sexual problem is mostly caused by diseases like
Diabetes,
thyroid dysfunction,nutritional deficiencies, hormaonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger any other underlying diseases.
DIET:Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc.
Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smooking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym!
SEX therapy: when u think u r about to come, just stop moving and ask ur partner to stop moving as well and stay still for 30 seconds. Best is to think of ur enemy or god for those 10 seconds. In 70%, these technique works. Other technique is to ask the partner to squeeze the glans penis with thumb and finger tightly just when u think u r about to come. This will prevent u from ejaculating.
