There are a lot of things what you can consider.
1. Indulge in a lot of foreplay.
2. Practice stop and start technique. As in, when ever you feel that you are going to ejaculate, just stop for a few moments and then gradually start again.
3. Have a well balanced diet and drink lots of water.
4. Smoking is a big cause of such problems.
5. Avoid smoking and alcohol intake.
