Sir, I ejaculate sperm within 2 to 3 sec when I do sex , what should I do please suggest me. This problem I m facing since last 5 to 6 year and I feel very uncomfortable when my parents tell me to get married. I m 24 year old. I used to masturbate in my childhood too much but I don't have any problem in erection. Thank you.
