Premature ejaculation
My Married life is running successfully since 2yrs. I have 1 year twin boys.. my problem is premature ejaculation..and for my satisfaction, it may two or three times with a gap of two minutes.. total time for these three ejaculations is only within ten minutes(excluding foreplay)..pls advise me I want more timing..and a happy satisfied sexual life...I like to watch porn movies and I do masturbation daily..is it a cause ? having 2 reason
1- stress/ tension/ anxity/ irritable/ depresion
2- medical as sex hormone etc
better assess properly n plan treatment accordingaly
rather than just blind treatment
ur timing is good but need some modifications in sexual act
