1)sir right now my age is 19 and i want to ask that can a hernia surgery which was done in my childhood can be a reason for my premature ejaculation ? 2)sir i have tried many things for preventing premature ejaculation like yoga and gymming too but nothing is working in my case what should I do 3)sir i also want to know that how frequent use of medicines for delaying ejaculation can be harmful i mean in a week how many time can we use this kind of medicines ?? please reply sir or ma'am
