I am having this problem since wedding. I am taking tablet. . I am engaging lot of foreplay but still ejaculates within seconds. Met urologist and got below medicines. Penegra Xpress 50Mg, Duralast 30 mg and Eract-X Sachet 2. I wanted to perform Oral on my wife but the vaginal odour is not tolorable. Is there any way to get rid off it. Pls suggest

She is having vaginal odour? Is there any white discharge from her vagina? If yes need to treat it dont let it go without treatment
