I am a 20 year old male. I tend to ejaculate during sex in less than a minute which is proving to severely affect my confidence. I can't seem to pin down the reason for this but like advice on what medication to take. I have done some research online and found recommendations such as sildenafil, dapoxitine, tadalafil and prozc. I wanted to know which of these are the most trusted, how to take it, and whether I can take more than one of these.
