Hi doctor , My problem is mainly pre mature ejaculation ... i ejaculate much before my partner and it causes frustration to me ...  salts like Sildenafil , Tadalafil also not working for me ... also i am confused , who to consult a psychiatrist , sexologist , urologist ... pls help :( ...
