Does short frenulum and little bit tightness of foreskin cause premature ejaculation..it happens just after inserting penis in vegina.i also got bleeding from frenulum..and get very much sensation on the penis..how to cure

First of all get it operated or herbal remedies to get rid of tight foreskin problem... And its not related with premature ejaculation problem... Do not panic ... Take herbal supplements.. To enjoy sexual pleasure..
